SHORT TERM NEEDS
Looking for volunteer opportunities to volunteer? Our current and most urgent need is for funding to underwrite the costs associated with the training program. Funds are needed for necessary equipment, supplies, transportation, instructors and a full-time Program Director. We have received a generous matching challenge grant from the Dunleavy Foundation. Every donation we receive will be matched dollar for dollar. Investing in the Rise and Shine Training program will change the lives of many individuals in our community.

ongoing NEEDS
Rise and Shine is more than a great baker training program, we provide wrap around services and skill building to our services that include meals, job coaching, credit counseling, team building and more. If you, or your organization can donate a few hours of your time for development, you can play a part in creating opportunity for our neighbors. Long Term Goals
Our goal is to find a building in Anne Arundel County to house the wholesale and retail bakery that will employ graduates of the program and sell our products.
